Gloria Martin-Jackson is today's answer to the age old question, "What's the new spin in entertainment?"   Gloria shines with ability and full vocal range that captures the essence of what contemporary adults are searching for.  They want it all -- and Gloria's got it!  A smooth, defined, style set to the background of several musical genres in her current CD, "Something's Coming".

Gloria Martin-Jackson's musical history comes from a spiritual/gospel tradition.  Her parents were untrained musicians.  Her emotion and sensitivity were instilled by her Grammie and mother, who exposed her to the giants of American music such as Aretha Franklin, Tony Bennett, and countless others.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kentucky State University, she set out to fulfill her musical dreams.  New York was good to Gloria with appearances in places like the Cellar's Lounge, Pearl's Place, Downbeat, Spindle Top, and the Apollo.  An invitation to Surinam, South America resulted in several appearances at the Hotel Torarico.  An honorary citizenship was awarded to her by the President of the Surinam Organization "We for We".  It was in Surinam that Gloria discovered the music she would grow a passion for.

Gloria's style has matured and her determination to fulfill her life's dreams is stronger than ever.  Her professional engagements are presently taking her between Atlantic City and Washington, D.C.    This summer will see her participating in the National "Juneteenth" Celebration and her own concert schedule.
