CUSTOMER'S BILL OF RIGHTS
On purchasing an Instrument:

First Adjustments will be at NO
CHARGE. This is over and above my "PREP", which is much more
comprehensive than that given in the factory and in most stores.
♪
Pads,
corks, felts, springs and “mechanicals” are guaranteed for two
years.
♪
I guarantee to
repurchase the instrument at ANY time in the future for
the purchase price, less (an amount
determined by the cost of the instrument, depending on
condition.)
♪
The instrument may be
returned as a trade in for a better model, with a credit for
100% of the full purchase price, as long as the
instrument is in perfect condition at any time.
